Approximately six weeks before your wedding, we’ll have a thorough handover consultation to review your vision and finalise all the details. From then on, you can relax and let me take charge.

What does an on-the-day wedding coordinator actually do?
Is on-the-day coordination enough for a marquee or garden wedding?
It can be, provided the planning is thorough, clearly documented and everything is well thought through in advance. Marquee weddings and garden weddings have more moving parts so on-the-day coordination works best when suppliers are clear on their roles and expectations and are aware well in advance about the logistics for the day. My role is then to support wedding suppliers and bring it all together on the day, ensuring the plan is delivered calmly and seamlessly. When does on-the-day coordination usually begin?
I usually begin working with you around four to six weeks before the wedding. This gives me time to fully understand your plans, review all the suppliers orders and their plans, write timelines and make sure the final details are clear.
